Watergate Cake
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant pistachio pudding mix
3/4 cup oil
1 cup Club Soda or 7-Up
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup coconut
- Mix and bake in a 9" X 13" pan at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Cool and cover with topping.
- If desired, the flavor can be enhanced by adding coconut and walnut flavoring. But the cake is good as is.
TOPPING
One envelope Dream Whip
1 1/2 cups cold milk.
- Blend and add 1 pkg. of pistachio instant pudding mix.
- Whip good and spread on cooled cake.
