Sunshine Salad


1 pkg. lemon jello
1 pkg. orange jello
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 large can drained pineapple
40 small marshmallows
1 beaten egg
2 tbls. flour
2 tbls. butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
1 cup pineapple juice

- Dissolve Jello in boiling water. - Add cold water and let set until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. - Add fruit and marshmallows, and pour in a large 9" X 13" pan. - Set until firm. - Combine egg, butter, flour, sugar and pinapple juice. - Cook until thick. - Cool and fold in whipped cream. - Spread on Jello. - Sprinkle on cheese.
