Stuff-A-Roni
1 1/2 cups ricotta
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tblsp. minced parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash nutmeg
- Blend together all ingredients.
- Fill slightly cooked pasta.
- Pour sauce in bottom of 9" X 13" pan, and add about 1/4 cup water.
- Place pasta in pan and cover with remaining sauce.
- Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
