Pineapple Cake
2 cup flour
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 cup sugar
1 15-oz can crushed pineapple (juice & all)
- Mix all together - Don't beat.
- Bake at 350 degrees, 30 - 45 minutes.
ICING
1/2 cup margarine
1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup sugar
coconut
pecans
- Mix margarine, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar.
- Add coconut and pecans to taste.
- Spread on cake.
