I am looking for a "foster home" for my small dog. Do you know of anyone who offers this kind of service?

Thank you,

Contact a shelter or rescue group in your area and ask them if they need fosterers. Most do!!
Shelters need someone to care for those with colds or too young/small to be adopted yet so they don't stay in cages. Rescue groups usually don't have any 'shelter', so most of the animals stay with fosterers until they get homes.
Fostering can be hard, and you'll shed a few tears along the way, but it is SO rewarding!!!
GOOD LUCK!!!
